Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so potential shipping costs may apply.
Return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40, depending on your location and chosen courier.
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable returns.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received the return instructions, ship your items to the provided address.
Please use a traceable shipping method — as the sender, you are responsible for ensuring your return arrives safely.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you might change your mind.
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
